We have a new Health and Well-being coach

Hi, I’m Johnathan Rushby Fearnheads new Health and Wellbeing Coach.

I am in Fearnhead on a Thursday and Friday to help with any Long-Term Health Condition, or for those who need someone to talk to. Our aim is for us to help you take more control over your own health in a supportive environment.

Health conditions, such as, but not limited to; Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, COPD, Pain Management, Eating Disorders, Stress, Anxiety, Depression and all those who feel that a positive lifestyle change will aid their satisfaction of life to increase, for example, weight loss, nutrition and exercise support.
