Welcome to Fearnhead Cross and Longford Street Surgeries

We are a Doctors Surgery in Warrington that have 2 sites; Fearnhead Cross Medical Centre (25 Fearnhead Cross, Warrington, WA2 0HD) & Longford Street Surgery (Longford Street, Warrington, WA2 7QZ) our patients have access to both of our Surgery’s.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm, if you have a problem during these times please ring the surgery. If you need medical attention outside of our working hours, please contact NHS 111 via dialing 1-1-1 or using their online form: https://111.nhs.uk/

Disabled Access

Both surgeries provide suitable access for disabled patients and have disabled parking spaces adjacent to the buildings.

The surgery telephone lines are very busy between 8.30 and 10.00am with people making appointments and so we ask that you avoid ringing at this time if your enquiry is not of an urgent nature.

Our options on our telephone lines are as follows:

Option 1 – to speak to a patient adviser or book an appointment

Option 2 – for prescription requests

Option 3 – for home visits

Option 4 – for test results

Option 5 – to speak to a secretary 

All of our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes
