Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of patients and practice staff who work together to help improve the services we provide.

We welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds and aim to represent the views of everyone registered at the practice. Whether you have ideas for improving our services, would like to share your experiences, or simply want to become more involved in your local GP practice, we would love to hear from you.

The group meets four times a year to discuss a range of topics, including patient experience, access to services, and ways to support the practice. Occasionally, additional meetings may be held if there is a particular project or area of interest.

We understand that not everyone can attend meetings. If you are unable to join us in person, you can still share your thoughts by using the suggestion boxes located in the reception areas at both surgeries. All suggestions are considered and discussed by the group where appropriate.
