How to book an appointment:

Pre-bookable appointments 

Pre-bookable appointments are appointments that can be booked in advance. We offer pre-bookable appointments with our GP’s, ANP, Nurses, Pharmacists and Health Care Assistants. These appointments can be booked by:

• NHS App / online services– This is the quickest way to book an appointment as you do not need to call the Surgery and can choose a suitable appointment time for you! If you do not have the NHS APP or cannot download it, you can register for online services by asking Reception to set up an account for you. This way you can still book appointments online too. • Telephone – by calling either Surgery (Fearnhead Cross 01925 847000, Longford Street 01925 255600 and pressing option 1 to speak to a patient advisor)
• Face to Face – by speaking to Reception at the Surgery

Urgent / on the day appointments:

• PATCHS – our online consultation service PATCHS is used for our urgent appointment requests (and any requests that need to be actioned before our next pre-bookable appointment). All PATCHS requests are clinically triaged by a Clinician, you are then contacted back with an appointment. This way, a Clinician ensures that you are seen within an appropriate time frame. Appointments are available Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm with Extended Access clinics running on a Tuesday & Thursday from 6.30pm – 8pm.
