Paramedic Appointments
You may be offered an appointment with one of our Paramedics.
Our Paramedics are experienced healthcare professionals who assess and manage a range of same-day urgent conditions, including:
- respiratory and cardiac symptoms
- skin infections
- musculoskeletal problems
They also provide care for housebound patients or those who are too unwell to attend the surgery.
East Warrington PCN Paramedic Service
East Warrington Primary Care Network (PCN) has two Paramedics working across several local practices, including:
- Birchwood Medical Centre
- Fearnhead Cross Medical Centre
- Padgate Medical Centre
Because of this shared service, your appointment may take place at a different GP practice rather than your registered surgery.
Appointment Locations & Parking
Your appointment may be held at one of the following sites:
Fearnhead Cross Medical Centre
Free parking is available at the front of the surgery (shared with the nearby shops).
Longford Street Surgery
Free parking is available opposite the surgery.
Woolston Surgery
Located next to Woolston Neighbourhood Hub. Free parking is available at the hub.
Padgate Medical Centre
Free parking is available at the side of the building.
Birchwood Medical Centre
Located behind Aldi at Birchwood Shopping Centre. Limited parking is available on site, with additional parking available at the shopping centre (maximum stay 3 hours).
Please ensure you check the location of your appointment before attending, as it may not be at your usual GP practice.
