Home Visits

Home visits are for patients whose physical condition makes it impossible for them to come to surgery. We do not undertake home visits for social reasons i.e. lack of transport.

Requests for home visits should be made by 10.30am where possible by calling the Surgery and pressing option 3.

The receptionist will take your details and ask you a couple of questions, this will then be passed to the on call GP to triage, you may receive a triage call from a Clinician before a home visit is made.
