Update regarding new appointment system from January 2024

Further to our recent communication regarding the new PATCHS system we would like to address concerns that have been raised and clarify the processes available.

Although we will be requesting patients to use patchs, wherever possible, to book a GP appointment, we will still have other routes of access available. We will still have some pre-bookable appointments to book online and for those who have no internet access or are struggling to complete the form, a patient advisor at the Surgery will help you through the process or complete the form for you.

The purpose of this change is to enable patients to access clinical opinion quicker through the use of Patchs.
