New Information for Fearnhead Cross Medical Centre

From Monday 17th of May we will still be offering a mixture of telephone, video and face to face consultations for patients

If you do attend the surgery although our doors are open, we will be keeping certain measures in place as follows:

– We will still be triaging patients entering the building and therefore there may be a delay in dealing with patients

– We will still be checking temperatures when patients enter the building

– We do expect patients to continue to wear masks/face coverings unless exempt.

– We will be adhering to the 2m rule of social distancing and expect patients to do the same

– We will be putting a queuing system in place and only allowing three to queue inside the building

– We will, due to social distancing be limiting the number of patients in the building at any one time and you may therefore have to queue outside the building until you are asked to come in.

These processes have been put in place to help protect both patients and staff, so please be mindful of others and help us continue to offer our services safely.
