Identifying the Prevalence of Social Isolation & Loneliness in the Community Setting Across England

Study aims-

Primary aim:
To measure the prevalence of Social Isolation & Loneliness in the community setting at local authority level including patients identified via & amongst NHS staff.

Secondary aims:
• To develop a simple online tool to collect data from individuals who are aged 16 years or over
• Identify possible interventions that could help tackle Social Isolation & Loneliness
