Covid vaccinations for 12 – 15 year olds
We are starting the next stage of the Covid 19 Vaccination roll out which is to some of our 12-15 year old patients.
You are eligible if you are aged 12-15 and are clinically extremely vulnerable or immunosuppressed (or living in the same household as an adult or child who is immunosuppressed).
Please contact the Surgery if you would like the vaccination so we can add your name to our waiting list.
