Spring Booster
The Covid Spring Booster is offered to patients who either:
- Are a resident in a care home
- Are aged 75+
- Are immunosuppressed
Invites will be sent to all eligible patients and the Practice are holding clinics for you to book in to. If you would like an appointment, please contact the Surgery.
