Extended Access Appointments

We offer a range of Extended Access appointments outside our normal opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

When We Are Closed

If you need medical advice or treatment when the surgery is closed, there are several services available to help.

NHS 111

If you need urgent medical advice that cannot wait until the surgery reopens, contact NHS 111 by dialling 111. Calls are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

Community Pharmacies

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can provide advice and treatment for many common illnesses and minor conditions. They can also prescribe medicines for a range of conditions under the NHS Pharmacy First service.

Protected Learning Time (PLT)

Protected Learning Time (PLT) allows practice staff to undertake training and professional development to help maintain and improve patient care.

The surgery will be closed on selected afternoons throughout the year to allow staff to participate in this training. A full list of upcoming PLT closure dates is available on our PLT page.

Medical Emergencies

If someone is seriously ill or injured, or their life is at risk, call 999 immediately or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department.
