New appointment system from 2nd January 2024

Please be aware that from Tuesday 2nd January 2024, all patients will be asked to complete a PATCHS form to request a GP appointment (Nurse, HCA and pharmacist appointments will still be bookable online and via reception)

This is our online consultation system, you will be asked to complete a form with a few simple questions, this form is then given to a Clinician who will triage it and you will be contacted with the next appropriate steps.

We have listened to our patient’s feedback and are making this change to help us to cut down the waiting times on our phone lines, decrease the waiting time for an appointment and allow patients to contact us quickly and with ease. It also ensures that every appointment request is seen by a Clinician to determine the urgency.

From 2nd January 2024, you will be directed to PATCHS for all appointment requests, for patients without internet access and patients who are struggling to complete the form then our staff will be on hand to help with this process or complete the form for you. There will still be some pre bookable appointments available via telephone and online.
