FLU Jab

Book your FLU Jab today! We will be sending links to book in via text message in patient order, if you would like to book an appointment today please call the Surgery.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Patients who are:

65 or over
Pregnant
A carer (you need to have filled out a carer form)

Aged 6 months to under 65 years with:
Chronic respiratory disease
Congenital heart & vascular disease
Chronic kidney disease
Chronic liver disease
Chronic neurological disease
Diabetes and adrenal insufficiency
Immunosuppression (or a close contact of an immunosuppressed patient)
Asplenia or dysfunction of the spleen
Morbid obesity

All children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2023 are also eligible for a nasal flu vaccination with a Practice Nurse
Health & Social care workers are eligible to receive a vaccination, please let us know if you are not able to receive this at work
