PATCHS (Online Consultations)

For GP/ANP appointments, you should contact the practice using PATCHS. Requests are triaged by a clinician on the same day and you will be offered either a routine or same day appointment. PATCHS is available from Monday-Friday and opens at 8am daily. Once PATCHS has reached the maximum capacity for the day, it will be automatically switched off until the next working day.

What is PATCHS?

It is an online service that allows you to contact your GP for help and advice. It will ask you some questions about your condition and the symptoms you are having. Within 48 working hours of submitting a request through PATCHS you will receive a text message advising you when your request will be reviewed by a clinician. This is a system used for routine problems so your request will generally be reviewed within 7-10 working days.

Important information to note:

• PATCHS is available from 8am Monday – Friday however there is a limit to how many consultations can be submitted per day. Once this is reached the service will close until the next day
• We currently don’t allow administrative requests through PATCHS. If you require a letter or any other form of private work then please email the surgery at cmicb-war.fearnheadcrossmc@nhs.net.
