Enhanced Access Appointments

Need an appointment outside of our normal opening hours?

Enhanced Access appointments are available during the evenings and weekends, giving you greater flexibility to see a healthcare professional at a time that suits you.

Appointments are available with a range of clinicians, including:

• GPs
• Practice Nurses
• Physiotherapists
• Healthcare Assistants

Appointments may be offered either face-to-face or remotely, depending on your clinical needs.

Appointment Availability

Monday to Thursday
6:30pm – 8:30pm
Appointments are provided by Fearnhead Cross Medical Centre.

Friday
6:30pm – 8:30pm

Saturday
9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday evening and Saturday appointments are provided by Quay Healthcare on behalf of your GP practice at the Orford Jubilee Hub.

How to Book

Enhanced Access appointments must be booked in advance and are not available on a walk-in basis.

To book an appointment, please contact the surgery as you normally would, either by telephone or by submitting an online consultation. Our team will advise whether an Enhanced Access appointment is suitable for you.
