NHS APP and Online Services

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

What can you use it for?

• Check your symptoms and get instant advice
• Book appointments
• Order repeat prescriptions
• View GP medical records
• View Covid Vaccination Proof / Certificate
• Access PATCHS

We also offer online services through different providers such as Patient Access, this works in a similar way to the NHS App and you can set this up by coming into the surgery with a form of photo ID.

We offer a large variety of appointments to our patients online, all of our online appointments are for routine concerns only and should not be booked for urgent medical problems. (Urgent appointments should be booked by calling the surgery, or when the Surgery is closed by contacting 111 or 999 in a life threatening emergency)

The appointments we offer online include pre bookable appointments with our GP’s and Nurse clinicians, Smear Tests, Contraceptive checks, Blood Tests, Blood Pressure checks, Medication Reviews and Chronic Disease Reviews such as Asthma Reviews, COPD Reviews etc…

It is important that appointments are booked for the correct reason and with the correct clinician to ensure your problems can be dealt with. We may have to cancel appointments for those booked incorrectly as the clinician may not be able to deal with your concerns.
