Tests & Results

The easiest way to know your test result is to look on your medical records on the NHS App. When a GP has marked the result they automatically show on your GP records (this includes all blood tests, scans and x-rays)  

If you would prefer to speak to an administrator to see if we have received your test result and ask if this has been marked up by the GP you can do so by calling either:

Please call for test results between 10.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

We contact patients if your result needs to be discussed, if your result is normal / no action required, we will not contact you.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
