PATCHS (Online Consultations)

For routine GP/ANP appointments, you should contact the practice using PATCHS. Requests will be reviewed by our patient advisors and you will be contacted back within 24 hours with the next steps, this may be a routine appointment, a response to your query or advice to attend another NHS service such as a pharmacy or walk-in centre.

What is PATCHS?

It is an online service that allows you to contact your GP for help and advice. It will ask you some questions about your condition and the symptoms you are having. This is a system used for routine problems only

This is also available on the NHS App which is free to download

Important information to note:

• PATCHS is available from 8am Monday – Friday.
• We currently don’t allow administrative requests through PATCHS. If you require a letter or any other form of private work then please email the surgery at cmicb-war.fearnheadcrossmc@nhs.net.
