Blood pressure reviews

Across East Warrington we are using different ways to contact and support our patients.

We are currently rolling out a new approach to annual reviews of blood pressure. Recognising how busy you are and how busy the surgery is we will be using more digital methods (text messages, online forms) to communicate with you.

This has a number of benefits:

Stops you having to call the surgery and wait on hold to arrange appointments and speeds up the review process.
Allows you to send us results at times more convenient to you, without needing time off work to attend appointments.
It increases the number of face-to-face appointments available with our doctors and nurses. This allows you to access us when you need us most

We are passionate to improve the health of our patients and are determined to make sure everyone with high blood pressure is diagnosed and treated.

Across the surgery you may notice we’re working hard to help patients with Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) and trying to prevent people developing this.
