To make the process quicker and more convenient, we may contact you using digital methods such as text messages and online forms. This allows you to complete parts of your review from home, including submitting your blood pressure readings where appropriate.

• You can submit your blood pressure readings at a time that suits you, without needing to take time off work.
• It helps us complete reviews more efficiently.
