Cancel your appointment

If you would like to cancel an appointment that you have booked, either use our online services or use the simple form below:

All of our appointments can be booked via the NHS APP (Including Nurse / HCA appointments). This is the quickest way to book an appointment as you do not need to call the Surgery and can choose a suitable appointment time for you!

If you do not have the NHS APP or cannot download it, you can register for online services by asking Reception to set up an account for you. This way you can still book appointments online too.

Appointments are available between Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6pm.

Pre-bookable appointments:

• Nurse, HCA, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, GP, Clinical Pharmacist appointments can be pre-booked up to 4 weeks in advance. When pre-booking an appointment you get to choose a suitable date & time and a preferred Clinician.

PATCHS:

• PATCHS is an online consultation platform that is available for you to contact your GP online for routine issues. For more information and to use the service please click here

On the day appointments: 

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner & GP Appointments are available as on the day appointments for urgent issues.
