Minor Surgery Appointments

If the GP identifies the need for you to have minor surgery procedure, you will be placed onto the waiting list and offered an appointment at the earliest convenience. It’s important to ring and confirm your appointment in advance so that if you cannot attend, the slot can be offered to another patient on the waiting list

Citizens Advice

Clinic is held at Longford St Surgery on Fridays 10am – 12 noon

The CAB advisor will help you with health related problems i.e. welfare benefits or housing. Patients may self refer to this service. Please book an appointment if you need to speak to an advisor.

CBT

Clinic held every Wednesday at Longford St surgery from 2.30pm to 7.30pm

The appointment involves an initial assessment by the counsellor and then a programme of computerised therapy sessions. The doctor will refer you to this service and arrange your initial appointment.

Dietician

The dietician runs a clinic at Fearnhead on the first 2 tuesdays of each month. Patients are required to be referred to this service.

IAPT

Patients registered at either surgery may access all of the services that this Practice provides regardless of which surgery it is based.
